To promote the spirit of model workers, the spirit of labor, and the spirit of craftsmanship, to advance the reform of building a strong contingent of industrial workers, and to comprehensively enhance employees’ professional skills and overall competence, at 9:00 a.m. on May 26, under the guidance of the Baofeng County Federation of Trade Unions, the company’s trade union hosted a skills competition in the roasting workshop. Attending the event were Wei Qianbao, Party Secretary and Executive Vice Chairman of the County Federation of Trade Unions; Vice Chairman Cui Jinzhao; Zhang Zhihui, Deputy Director of the Social Work Department of the County Party Committee; and other relevant officials. The venue was well‑organized and the atmosphere was enthusiastic, with contestants displaying high spirits and handling the challenges with composure. After three hours of intense competition, first-, second-, and third‑place awards were presented in each event.

This skills competition was closely aligned with the actual needs of production roles, featuring three hands-on events: forklift maneuvering around cones to transport goods, electrical control‑box design, and T‑joint fabrication for welders. The event was highly targeted, practical, and professionally rigorous. The competition venue was well‑organized and charged with a vibrant atmosphere, as participating employees demonstrated high spirits and composure, meticulously adhering to operating procedures and technical standards to complete each task to the highest quality. Their proficient techniques and exceptional craftsmanship fully showcased the company’s frontline workers’ solid professional competence, meticulous work ethic, and proactive, pioneering spirit.
