On the afternoon of December 31, 2025, the city-wide conference on deepening the reform of the industrial workforce development (hereinafter referred to as the "Industry Reform") was held. Wang Ruchang, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Also attending the meeting were Jing Jiangang, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress and Chairman of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, and Duan Zhiguang, Vice Mayor, among other leaders.

The company was honored as a benchmark enterprise for production reform in 2025, received a subsidy of 100,000 yuan, and shared its experience at the conference.

 

 

Before the meeting, participants visited Pingmei Shenma Machinery & Equipment Group Co., Ltd. and Shenma Industrial Co., Ltd.’s帘子布 Company to examine key highlights of the production reform and toured the Innovation Workshops of Skill Masters.

On October 30, the 8th Annual General Meeting and Industry Development Exchange Conference of the China Carbon Industry Association was held in Chengdu, Sichuan. Zhao Jinkui, Deputy Secretary-General of the China Iron and Steel Association, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.
